Crunchy peanut bars: the recipe for a holiday season dessert

Ingredients:
330 g of peeled peanuts
330 g of sugar
80 g of water
Directions:
1. In a pan pour sugar and water.
2. Melt mixing with a wooden spoon.
3. Make it boil:you'll get an amber and thick mix.
4. Now mix the peanuts a little at a time.
5. Pour the mix into an aluminum tray.
6. Press on the mix with an orange or lemon.
7. Before it completely hardens, cut in rectangles to form the bars.
