Hazelnut cream pie: the simple way to make it at home

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
280 g of 00 flour
80 g of seed oil
2 eggs
100 g of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
zest of 1 lemon
400 g of hazelnut cream
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix sugar, eggs, oil.
2. Then add flour, baking powder and lemon zest.
3. Form a uniform dough.
4. Roll out the dough and assemble the tart, put in the fridge for 25 minutes.
5. Cover with foil and bake at 170° for 20 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
