3 tbsp of sugar
Half a tsp of salt

2 eggs
3 tbsp of soft butter
Salami slices
Oil
Directions:
1. Pour the flour and add in sugar and flour.
2. Mix the warm milk too and a whipped egg.
3. After blending all the ingredients add the butter too.
4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for an hour.
5. Now move the dough on a plain work surface with flour on top and fold the dough.
6. Divide the dough into two equal parts, and make 3 little balls out of every part.
7. Spread every dough ball in a strand about 30 cm long.
8. Make a light pressure on it with your fingers to flatten it.
9. Place salami slices on the outer edge of your strand.
10. Fold in the other edge and the roll.
11. Place the roses on a baking tray covered in baking paper, cover them with a cloth and let them rest for 30 minutes.
12. Brush the roses' surface with a beaten egg.
13. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
