Soft chocolate cookies: the recipe for a sweet and delicious breakfast

Ingredients:
230 g of dark chocolate
60 g of butter
100 g of eggs
100 g of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. At first chop the cholate.
2. Melt the sugar in water bath and add in the butter cut in pieces.
3. In a bowl mix eggs and sugar, then use electrical whisks to blend for some minutes until you get a frothy and fluffy mix.
4. Add the chocolate a little at a time blending all the ingredients.
5. Mix in the powders, flour and baking powder, and the salt. Blend well.
6. Cover the dough with some plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge until it hardens, or overnight.
7. Spread some powdered sugar in a plate, then with your hands make some balls out of the dough and spread them in powdered sugar.
8. Put the cookies in a baking tray with some baking paper, carefully placing them with some distance between them.
9. Bake in a pre-heated ventilated oven at 160 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
