Tarte Tatin: the delicious and beautiful French dessert

Ingredients:
Dough:
250g flour 00
130g butter
50ml water
1 yolk
1g of salt
6 rennet apples
50g butter
210g sugar
45g water
Directions:
1. Dough: in a bowl mix the flour with butter, water, yolk and salt, form a homogeneous loaf and leave in the fridge for an hour.
2. Prepare the caramel and pour it on the base of the mold.
3. Cut the apple slices and arrange them on the caramel.
4. Cover everything with the brisee and pierce it.
5. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
