Chocolate and cream éclair: everyone will fall in love with this recipe

Ingredients:
60 ml milk
60 ml water
80 gr butter
120 gr flour
4 eggs
400 ml cream
Hazelnut cream
Directions:
In a saucepan, pour milk, water and add the butter, melt.
Gradually add the flour and mix. Remove from the heat and add the eggs. Mix and put the dough in a piping bag.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 10 minutes, then lower to 356°F (180°) for another 15 minutes.
Whip the cream and fill the eclairs.
