Lemon creamy pie: the delicious dessert ready in no time

Ingredients:
170 gr crumbled biscuits
40 gr sugar
100 gr melted butter
3 yolks
1 teaspoon lemon zest
400 gr condensed milk
150 gr lemon juice
100 g whipping cream

Directions:
Base: Blend the biscuits and mix them with sugar and butter. Mash them in a mold and bake at 320°F (160°) for 20 minutes.
Cream: mix the yolks with lemon zest, condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour the mixture onto the base and bake for another 22 minutes. Then let it cool and put in the fridge for 3 hours.
Then whip the cream and garnish the cake.
