Sandwich ice cream: the easy recipe with 3 ingredients

Jim is a very good Greek pastry chef and today he prepares fantastic and creamy ice cream sandwiches.

Ingredients:

2 packs of biscuits

500 ml whipping cream

300 gr condensed milk

Preparation:

Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom of a mold.

Whip the cream with the condensed milk and pour over the biscuits.

Cover with another layer and put in the freezer for 6 hours.

Then decorate them, if you want.
