Escarole stuffed pizza: the tasty savory recipe

Ingredients:
Dough:
400 gr Manitoba or 0 flour
100 gr 00 flour
2 eggs
10 gr brewer's yeast
15 gr salt
10 gr sugar
50 ml seed oil
225 gr milk
Stuffed:
1 medium escarole
Black olives to taste
Desalted capers to taste
Chilli pepper to taste
Salt to taste.
Garlic to taste
Oil to taste
Directions:
Dough: pour the milk into the mixer and add the yeast, eggs and sugar. Mix and add all the flour, mix again. Then add salt and oil. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume.
Braise and wash the escarole and boil it for a few minutes. Then cook it in a pan with oil, garlic, chilli pepper, capers and black olives.
Divide the dough in two and fill as shown in the video.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
