Stew with artichokes: tasty recipe

Ingredients:
600g beef stew
800g fresh artichokes
150g onion
1 carrot
150g peas
150ml white wine
Oil
Salt and pepper
Water to taste
 
Directions:
Cut the artichokes and put them in water and lemon.
Brown the stew in a pan with oil.
In the same pan cook the onion, carrot and then add the artichokes and the meat. Blend with white wine and then add water, salt and pepper. Add the peas and cook for at least 40 minutes.
