Apple and ricotta cake: a taste way to make the classic dessert

Ingredients:
250 gr ricotta
180 gr sugar
4 eggs
3 tablespoons of sour cream
250 gr flour
25 gr butter
10 gr baking powder
Preparation:
In a bowl put ricotta, sugar, eggs and blend. Then add sour cream, flour and melted butter. Finally add the yeast and pour the mixture into a buttered mold. Add the apples and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35-40 minutes.
