Fluffy pancakes: the way to make them perfect

The English recipe to make the best pancakes ever.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 tbsp milk

1 teaspoon sugar

4 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

2 tbsp sugar

Water and oil

Directions:

Mix two yolks with milk and sugar. Sift and add flour and baking powder. Separately, whip the egg whites with the sugar and add to the dough.

Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan.
