Spring rolls with sweet sour sauce: how to make them perfect

Ingredients:
Filling:
300 gr chicken brest
3 tbsp of oil
2 carrots
2 bell peppers
300 gr cabbage
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander seed
3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Dough:
500 gr flour
200 ml water
1 tsp salt
Sauce recipe:
4 garlic cloves
Half a piece of bell pepper
2-3 chilies
3 tbsp sugar
100 ml water
50 ml apple cider vinegar
Salt
2 tsp cornstarch
50 ml water
Directions:
Sauce: put all the ingredients into a pot and cook together. Then blend all together.
Dough: mix flour, water and salt. Make an uniform dough and leave for 30 minutes.
Filling: boil the chicken and set aside. Cut the ingredients and cook all in a pot.
Then make the spring rolls and fry them in hot oil.
