Cabbage and egg salad: fast, simple and delicious

Ingredients:
Salad 1:
400 gr cabbage
100 gr corn
1 green apple
1 cucumber
Dill
3/4 sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp of lemon juice
 
Salad 2:
400 gr cabbage
1/2 cucumber
Cilantro and dill
4 eggs
2/3 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp of mustard
3 tbsp of sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:
Salad 1: chop the cabbage, cilantro and dill. Slice the cucumber and the apple. Mix all in a bowl.
Salad 2: Boil the eggs and divide yolks and whites. Chop the cabbage and slice the cucumber. Mix all in a bowl.
