Her dishes are real works of art, beautiful to look at and good to eat. Her creativity knows no boundaries, her delicacies are beautiful as well as tasty. It takes only seconds for Fiona to teach you how to serve unique foods. The advice Fiona gives to all of us is: “Don't rush yourself. Be patient, be persistent with pasta. So give it a try, it’s easier than you think. You need a few ingredients and a basic pasta maker to create truly magical foods and please don't forget to have fun".
