Fluffy bread rolls: the delicious and easy snack

Ingredients:
20 gr fresh yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
50 ml hot water
250 ml hot milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 gr sugar
60 gr melted butter
2 eggs
600 gr flour
Fill to taste
Directions:
In a bowl mix the yeast with sugar and hot water. Let it sit for 8/10 minutes.
Then in a bowl pour the milk, sugar, melted butter, the mixture with the yeast, salt and flour. Let rise until doubled in volume and then form the sandwiches by stuffing them. Let them rest for 30/40 minutes and then brush with melted butter. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
