Savory croissant: how to make them easily and quickly

Ingredients:
200 ml milk
200 ml oil
200 ml water
40 gr yeast (fresh)
2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp salt
500 gr flour
 
Directions:
In a bowl mix water, oil and milk. Then add the yeast, sugar, salt and flour. Make a dough and leave for 2 hours. Then cut the dough, roll and leave for 20 minutes. Fry and fill as you like.
