Cheesy fried balls: beautiful, easy and delicious

Ingredients:
200 gr cream cheese
220 gr flour
40 gr sugar
2 eggs
8 gr vanilla sugar
9 gr baking powder
1 pinch of salt
 
Directions:
In a bowl, sift the flour and then add the sugar and baking powder. Mix the cheese with the eggs and salt. Add the two mixtures and let them rest for an hour. Then form the pancakes and let them rest for 30 minutes. Then fry them in hot oil and serve.
