Cottage cheese flowers: the tasty idea for your appetizer

Ingredients:
300 gr cottage cheese
3 eggs
2 tsp salt
100 gr sugar
1 tsp baking soda
20 ml oil
300 gr flour
200 ml oil for frying
Directions:
Mix the cottage cheese with eggs, salt, baking soda, sugar and oil. Finally add the flour. Make a dough and spread it. Cut the flowers and fry in hot oil.
