Loaded potato wedges: the fast recipe to make a delicious side dish

Ingredients:
2 pounds new potatoes, wedged
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 avocado
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lime, juice only
Cheddar cheese, grated
Bacon, crispy and crumbled
Scallions or chives
Directions:
Cut the potatoes and mix with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and place on a baking dish. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 35/40 minutes. Topping with cheese and bacon and bake for 5 minutes. Finally add avocado, sour cream and lime juice.
