Creamy mushroom fettuccine: easy recipe

Ingredients:
250g fettuccine
2 tablespoons olive oil
300g mushrooms
200ml double cream
1 sprig of parsley
20g butter
50g grated cheese
Salt, pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic
Hot pepper
Directions:
Wash and cut the mushrooms. Sauté garlic, oil and chilli. Cook the mushrooms for 10 minutes and add the salt. Remove garlic and pepper and add pepper, parsley and cream. Cook for 2 minutes and then add the fettuccine. Stir in the cheese and serve this delicious dish.
