No-Bake caramel apple cheesecake: delicious and easy dessert

Ingredients:
Base:
140 gr biscuits
30 gr pecan
45 gr melted butter
Cheese filling:
450 gr cream cheese
60 gr icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
35 gr butter
60 ml whipping cream
Apple caramel sauce:
2 apples
150 gr sugar
90 gr butter
80 ml cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Directions:
Base: blend biscuits and pecan, mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the mold.
Cream filling: whip the cream cheese and add icing sugar, vanilla and butter. Finally add whipping cream. Pour on the base and refrigerate.
Caramel sauce: cook the sugar and add butter, salt, cinnamon and cream. Add also the apple slices and mix. Cover the cake with apple and sauce.
