Baked potatoes: the method to make them perfect

Ingredients:
500 gr new potatoes
Cold water
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Rosemary
2 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Wash the potatoes very well and cut them in half. Dip them in cold water for 10 minutes. Then put them in boiling water and leave them for 5 minutes. At this point you will have to rinse the potatoes and put them in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, rosemary and oil. Place them on a baking sheet, add the garlic and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes. Then pull them out, remove the garlic and turn all the potatoes. Back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
