How to perfectly cook chestnuts

A really simple and effective method for cooking chestnuts.
Make a small cut on all the chestnuts and put them in a container. Pour boiling water and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Then dry them well and put them in the oven at 250°C (500°F) for 30 minutes.
The cooking will be perfect and the peel will come off immediately.
