Baked creamy bombs: the easy and quick recipe

Ingredients:
Dough:
150 gr flour
12 gr sugar
2 gr salt
6 gr milk powder
75 gr water
2 gr dry yeast
18 grams of eggs
15 gr butter

Custard
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, milk and water. Stir and add the eggs. Form a ball and add the butter. Let rise for 30/40 minutes. Then roll out the dough and form 8 balls. Let them rest for 15 minutes covered.
Work them again and let them rest for another 30/40 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 400°F (200°) for 10-12 minutes. Stuffed with cream and serve these wonders.
