Yogurt creamy cake: the recipe to make this amazing dessert

Ingredients:
6 eggs
625 gr yogurt
75 gr flour
150 gr sugar
Grated peel of 1 lemon
2 tsp of baking powder
Directions:
Divide the egg whites from the yolks, then whip the white with salt.
In another bowl mix yolks, sugar, flour, yogurt, lemon peel and baking powder. Then unite the two mixtures and pour into a mold. Bake at 340°f (175°) for 45-50 minutes.
