How to prepare a delicious Turkish flatbread

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
170 gr water
180 gr. Yogurt
20 gr yeast
10 gr salt
10 gr sugar
10 gr oil
Butter q.b.

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in a little water, then sift the flour into a large container. Add salt, sugar, melted yeast, water and yogurt. Mix well to obtain a soft mixture and let it rise until doubled in volume.
Then divide it into different portions and let them rest for 10 minutes covered with a kitchen cloth. Then roll them out and cook them in a non-stick pan. Then you can brush with butter.
