Turkish bread recipe: puffy, light and tasty

Ingredients:
200 gr semolina flour
300 gr flour
salt
1 tablespoon dry yeast
Water (as you need)

Directions:
Sift the semolina and white flour into a bowl, then add the baking powder, salt and water. Stir until the dough is soft and homogeneous. Let rise until doubled in volume by covering it with transparent film. Then form small balls and roll them out. Cook the bread on a perforated pan or even in a non-stick pan.
