Cabbage, sausage and potato soup: a mouthwatering and succulent dish

Ingredients:
1 pound sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 medium leeks
2 medium carrots
1 stalk celery
1 small green cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1 pound red potatoes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 medium leeks
2 medium carrots
1 stalk celery
1 small green cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1 pound red potatoes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
Salt and black pepper
Directions:
In a pan smoked the sausage and set aside. In the same pan add oil and leeks, carrots, celery, cabbage. Then add minced garlic and cook. Unite sausage, chicken stock, seasoning, leaf, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
