Mushroom and chicken casserole: the easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
8 Ounces Cremini Mushrooms Trimmed and Sliced
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Unsalted Butter
3/4 Cup Marsala
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Cup Green Onions Sliced
2 Cups Mozzarella Shredded
1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped
Directions:
Melt the butter and brown the mushrooms, set aside. Put the chicken in the flour and cook with butter, set aside. In the same pan add marsala, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Place the chicken into the baking dish, then add sauce, green onion, mozzarella and mushrooms. Bake at 450°F (220°) for 14 minutes.
