Cantaloupe sorbet: refreshing, delicious recipe

Ingredients:
1kg melon pulp
250g granulated sugar
1/2 liter of water
Directions:
Cut the melon and keep the outside creating a sort of bowl. Put water and sugar in the pan and bring to the fire, let it melt. Pour into the blender, add the cantaloupe and blend. Then pour into a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours. The mixture will have thickened and put it back in the freezer, stirring every hour. After 6 hours you can enjoy your sorbet.
