Coconut milk and mango layer cake: the yummy dessert

Ingredients:
400 gr mango
20 gr sugar
25 gr gelatin powder
80 gr water
400 gr coconut juice
25 gr gelatin powder
40 gr sugar
Directions:
Cut the mango and blend the pulp with sugar, then divide in two parts and mix (one of these) with gelatin powder and bring to boil into a pan (adding water). Unite the two mango mixture and set aside.
Mix 200 gr of coconut juice with gelatin and sugar, bring to boil and unite at other coconut juice. Compose the cake (cool 15 minutes each layers) and serve.
