1 multifruit juice
500g Mascarpone
1 pcg vanilla sugar
75g powdered sugar
1l fresh cream
1 pineapple
1 mango
1 banana
Lady finger biscuits
METHOD
Cut one side of the carton box.

Add mascarpone, vanilla, fresh cream and powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat using hand mixer
Put a layer of whipped cream in the bottom of the juice box
Add 1 layer of pineapple, put another layer of whipped cream, place mango, add a new layer of whipped cream, spread out banana slices and apply the last layer of whipped cream.
Dip the savoyards in fruit juice and add them on the top of whipped cream.
Freeze for 1 hour
Decorate with bananas, mango and mint leaves
