Eggless jiggly caramel cocoa pudding: easy to make and so yummy

Ingredients(3 pudding cups):
Cocoa pudding
60g cold water
6g gelatin
40g sugar
15g cocoa powder
2g instant coffee
350g milk
Salty caramel sauce:
60g sugar
60g heavy cream
1g salt
Directions:
Melt the gelatin into the warm water. A part mix cocoa, sugar, instant coffee and add milk. Mix well and integrate the melted gelatin.
Pour in the glasses and refrigerate overnight.
Sauce: in a pot mix sugar, heavy cream and salt, mix well.
Serve together and enjoy!
