San Sebastian Cheesecake: The Spanish Dessert That Pleases All Palates

Ingredients:
600g cream cheese
150g sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 eggs
150ml whipped cream, sweetened
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  
Powdered sugar to taste
 
Directions:
Whip the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla extract. Then mix flour, cheese, cream and add the lemon zest if you want.
Combine the two mixtures and pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 50 minutes.
