Simple Snack Puff Pastry Rolls With Cheese And Bacon: perfect for parties

Ingredients
For 6 servings:
2 puff pastry sheet
120g bacon
160g emmental cheese
1 egg
 
Directions:
Unfold puff pastry sheet and arrange bacon slices and emmental cheese so they cover the whole pastry sheet. Cut and roll the pastry sheet.
Rransfer the rolls to a baking tray, sprinkle with egg and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and the pastry has puffed.
