Flourless chocolate cake: fluffy and creamy

Ingredients:
Cake:
120g chocolate
6 large eggs
50g sugar
pinch of salt
Cream:
500g whipping cream
250g condensed milk combined with 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
10g gelatin sheets
3 tablespoons water
Directions:
Melt the chocolate and add it to the whipped yolks with sugar. Then separately beat the egg whites with the salt and add to the mixture. Pour on a rectangular baking sheet and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
In a mixer, whip the cream with the condensed milk and the gelatine dissolved in water. Create the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
