Zucchini Tots: a simple and delicious recipe for fast dinner

Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
1 large onion
1 egg
50g parmesan cheese
Bunch parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
50g butter
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Some flour
 
Directions:
Grate the zucchini and onion with a coarse cheese grater. Add all ingredients and mix well. Transform the mixture into tots and fry it.
