Honey cheesecake: a baked version that you'll adore

Ingredients:
40g Crushed Lotus Cookies
15g Melted unsalted butter
Cheesecake:
200g Cream cheese
130g Mascarpone Cheese
20g Plain Yogurt
15g Whipping cream
15g Milk
20g Honey
1/8ts Vanilla bean paste
50g Sugar 
2 Eggs
5g Cake flour
15g Corn starch
Cream:
1 Egg yolk
25g Honey
8g Corn starch
100g Hot milk
1/8ts Vanilla bean paste
50g Mascarpone Cheese
 
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix with melted butter, spread into the mold.
Mix all he ingredients for the cheesecake and pour on the base, bake at 340°F(170°) for 20 minutes, 300°F (150°) for 40 minutes and 356°F (180°) for 5 minutes. 
Cream: mix eggs and cornstarch, then heat and add milk, honey and vanilla bean paste. Finally add mascarpone cheese and cover the cake.
