Macaroni frittata: a tasty idea to use leftover pasta

Ingredients:
300g spaghetti with sauce (leftover)
30g grated cheese
4 eggs
Olive or vegetable oil
Pepper and salt
 
Directions:
Mix 2/3 of the cheese in the eggs, then add salt and pepper. Add the spaghetti and stir. Once mixed, heat the oil and put the mixture in the pan. Cook 10 minutes on each side.
