Egg toast cookies: beautiful to see and so delicious

Ingredients:
50g Salted butter
40g granulated sugar
20g Whole egg
110g Cake flour
20g Almond flour
2g cocoa powder
For the icing:
30g Powdered sugar
5 grams Dried egg white powder
3g Water
food coloring
Directions:
In a bowl mix the butter with sugar, then add beaten egg. Sift and add the flour and mix, when the dough is uniform refrigerate for 30 minute.
Then divide the dough in two parts and mix one of this with cocoa powder. make the toast as the video show and bake at 340°F (170°) for 15 minutes.
Icing: mix powdered sugar with egg white powder and water. Make the white part and the add yellow food coloring to make the yolk.
