Chocolate Caramel Tart: A Burst Of Flavor

Crust:
160g all-purpose flour
30g chopped almonds
30g cocoa powder
50g sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
110g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
3 tablespoons cold water

Caramel:
300g sugar
100g water
120g whipped cream
70g butter
1 teaspoon salt
Chocolate ganache
120g whipped cream
120g chocolate
Directions:
base: in a bowl, mix flour, ground almonds, sugar, salt and cocoa powder. Then add the butter and mix well, add egg, vanilla and water. Once you have a dough, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then roll it out into the mold, cover with parchment paper and dried pulses. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
Caramel: in a saucepan put sugar and water, bring to a boil and add the cream and butter. Stir until creamy and pour over the base. Let it cool.
Ganache: melt the chocolate in the cream and pour over the caramel layer, allow it to cool and serve.
