Lemon madeleines: the delicious French treats that everyone will love

Ingredients for 18 madeleines:
90g sugar
90g all-purpose flour 
100g butter
2 eggs
Zest of a lemon, grated
pinch of salt
3g baking powder
 
Directions:
Mix sugar and lemon peel, then add the flour. Make a hole in the center and add the eggs and baking powder. Stir and add the melted butter, mix and pour the mixture into the molds. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 10 minutes.
