Strawberry Zabaglione: the Italian tasty and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
3 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup dry Marsala wine
1/2 cup diced strawberries tossed with a spoon of sugar
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup dry Marsala wine
1/2 cup diced strawberries tossed with a spoon of sugar
Directions:
Mix the strawberries with sugar, cover and let it sit for 1 hour.
Whip the yolks with sugar and Marsala, heat until creamy.
Put the strawberries in two glasses and pour the cream.
