Spicy tofu peperonata: the vegan version that will amaze you

Ingredients:
2 peppers
375 gr tofu
220 gr tomato sauce
2 onions
Olive oil
Chilli powder
Soy sauce
Directions:
Cut the onion and the peppers, then cook in a pan with olive oil. Soften and add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Add the tofu and mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes.
