Anchovy fritters: simple and delicious

Ingredients:
300ml lukewarm water
500g all-purpose flour
5g salt
1 teaspoon sugar
13g fresh yeast
Oil for frying
anchovies to taste

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water, then add salt, flour and sugar. Stir well and let rise until doubling the volume. Create the pancakes and fill them with anchovies (or keep them simple), then deep fry in boiling oil.
