Vegetable Lasagna: Light Yet Delicious

Ingredients:
2 onions
1 garlic clove
1 eggplant
2 zucchini
1 pepper
2/3 potatoes
800g cherry tomatoes
500g lasagna
Grated cheese
100g smoked cheese
100g ham
Bechamel sauce
Olive oil
salt
Directions:
Cut onions, eggplant, zucchini, pepper, potatoes and cherry tomatoes into small pieces. In a pan, brown the garlic with oil and then add the onion. Then combine all the other ingredients and cook, adding salt and water (enough to cook everything).
After preparing the béchamel sauce, start to create the lasagna and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-30 minutes.
