Shrimp Scampi Pasta: Its Delicious Sauce Will Amaze You

Ingredients:
300g paccheri pasta
Fresh shrimp scampi 
1 celery stalk
1 clove garlic
1 shallot
15 cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
1/2 glass white wine
Parsley
Fine and coarse salt
black pepper
 
Directions:
First clean the shrimp scampi well, then fry the shallots in a large pot. Then add the carrot and celery, add flavor and add the heads of the prawns. After a few minutes, blend with white wine and let it evaporate. Add ice cubes and cold water, cover and bring to a boil. Then lower the heat and cook for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan, brown the whole shrimp scampi for a few minutes, put them aside and in the same pan cook the tomatoes with the claws (previously preserved).
Meanwhile, mix the sauce prepared previously in a food processor and strain.
Put the paccheri in the sauce with the cherry tomatoes (after removing the claws) and add the cream, stir and serve with parsley.
