Chocolate hazelnut cheesecake: a creamy, delicious dessert

Ingredients:
350g chocolate and hazelnut cookies
150g melted butter
250g mascarpone
400g whipping cream
12g gelatin leaves
6 tablespoons hazelnut cream
6 chocolate and hazelnut snacks
 
Directions:
Blend the biscuits, mix them with the butter and crush them on the bottom of the mold. Refrigerate.
Put the gelatin leaves in water, then whip the cream with the mascarpone, add the hazelnut cream and stir. Squeeze the gelatin leaves and mix them with a part of the mixture, then combine with the rest, adding the snacks. Form various layers of cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
