Sweet arancini balls with ricotta: yummy and amazing dessert

Ingredients:
250g rice
Lemon peel
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 l milk
200g Ricotta
30g sugar
70g chocolate chips
Rice flour
Peanut oil
 
Directions:
Add the rice to the milk and bring to a boil. Add the sugar and lemon peel. Allow to thicken and add the egg. Remove the lemon peel. Combine the ricotta, sugar and chocolate chips. Fill the arancini, coat in the flour and deep fry.
